The Geddy Lee MP40 Limited Edition Signature SansAmp sold out so fast, it made our heads spin. Out of respect for the limited number of MP40s featuring custom “Moving Pictures” inspired artwork, we are offering the Geddy Lee YYZ Shape-shifter Signature SansAmp. It has the same color scheme and graphics as Geddy’s other Signature SansAmps (GED-2112 rackmount, DI-2112 desk-top, and YYZ single footswitch pedal), with the same features and functionality of the MP40.

The YYZ Shape-shifter SansAmp includes the addition of a selectable Boost stomp switch, providing a 12dB presence boost for increased top-end distortion. Engaging the Shape-shifter button adds 6dB of Schmegilka on top, which, according to Geddy, “is an indefinable thing of awesomeness!”

 YYZ SHAPE-SHIFTER FEATURES

• All analog SansAmp technology enables you to record directly and enhance previously recorded tracks. For live performances, the YYZ Shape-shifter can drive a power amp and speakers, augment your existing amplifier set-up, or run directly into the mixer of a PA system.
• Mix control to blend the ratio of high-end studio clean (Deep) and dirty bass tube amp tones (Drive).
  
• Tight button to add definition to your notes in cleaner settings and make distorted tones snappier.
  
• Boost / Shape-shifter selectable Boost function deviates from the norm. It provides a 12dB presence boost for increased top-end distortion. Kick in the Shape-shifter button, and get 6dB of Schmegilka on top, which, according to Geddy “is an indefinable thing of awesomeness!”
  
• Drive adjusts the overall amount of gain and overdrive, similar to when the output section of a tube amp is being pushed.
  
• Active 3-band EQ.
  
• Master volume.
  
• Operable with 9V alkaline battery (not included) or optional DC power supply, Tech 21 model #DC9 (or former models #DC2 or #DC4).
  

Shipping Policy

Flipside Music ships items within 2 business days of purchase. If an order is placed after 5pm, the next day would be considered the first business day.  We do not ship on the weekend. Fedex or USPS will be used to ship your purchase, if you have a preference for another shipping provider, please contact Ike or Dylan and we will work with you and the company you choose. Items ordered after 12pm on Fridays MST will be shipped out on the following Monday (shipping services don't pickup on weekends). 

Purchase confirmation emails will be sent after transaction is complete. Sometime these email can end up in a spam folder, depending on email provider and any applied filters. So check there if you don't see a confirmation email within 15 minutes. 

Flipside Music does ship used gear Internationally. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item. we can provide a shipping estimate. International orders may be subject to destination countries sales, VAT or import tax. Please contact your countries duty center, prior to purchase for more information regarding these fees. Flipside music will not reduce listed price to avoid said duties.

Most new items will not ship internationally, this includes Yamaha, Fender, Charvel, Gretsch, Strymon, ect.

Return Policy

New Items:

We honor a 14 day return window on all new items.

If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in the sellable condition, no paint chips, scratches or broken parts. Sellable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it. The item must have all the original packaging, included accessories owner’s manuals and blank warranty card, no sign of wear or abuse.

Used and Vintage Gear:

We honor a 3 day return window on all used and vintage items.

All our used gear is tested for functionality prior to being available for purchase and therefore only carries a 3 day approval period. If you would like to make a return just let us know within the 3 day window.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We visually inspect all items before shipment. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can work through the issue. Guitars, basses, and other equipment returned to us with pick marks, "buckle-rash", or any other damage or evidence of use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification of return. All items must be returned to us in the same condition they were when shipped to qualify. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been misused, modified or damaged by the purchaser. If the item turns out not to be defective upon inspection, we will have to deduct the cost of shipping from your return credit.

Shipping Charges incurred through the return of an item:

You will be responsible for the shipping charge for the return of your item, and if your item qualifies for Free shipping on its way to you, this shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund. If your item is determined to be defective, we will pay the shipping charge, equivalent to ground service.
